Stars

Featuring a text by Canadian poet Marjorie Pickthall, this choral setting for young and developing choirs conveys a deep sense of wonder at the immense, ancient nature of the stars. Offering opportunities to display clear, blended vocal lines, arched phrasing and to develop independent part-singing skills, this short work is ideal for concert, contest and festival programming.
