How Does Your Garden Groove?

Freddy and Franny Farmer's garden vegetables are movin' and groovin' in this charming and imaginative mini-musical for primary-age students. This is not your typical garden-variety musical as the french fried potatoes have “appeal,” leafy vegetables sing “Lettuce Entertain You” and the corn and peas beg “Please Don't Put Us in a Can-Can!” These lively veggies will sing and dance their way into everyone's hearts! With an easy-to-memorize rhyming script and flexible cast size, this budget-stretching kit includes director's score, reproducible singer's parts, choreography, costuming, performance and scenery suggestions, as well as an Enhanced StudioTrax CD that includes accompaniment and performance tracks, poster, program, clip art, information about the composers and more! Available: Performance Kit (Reproducible unison musical/Enhanced StudioTrax CD). Duration: ca. 18 minutes. Grades K-2.
