A Farewell

What greater gift can there be than for one human being to help another find himself and his own means of expression? And what better way than through the analogy of being taught to sing one's own song? Charles Kingley's poem challenges the young to act upon their dreams, to approach life with honor and courage, to face it without fear, and to live it to the fullest. Sprenkle's unpretentious and beautiful musical setting gives Kingley's poem wings on which to fly.
